Have you ever noticed that decisions get easier when someone listens?
I completely agree.
That's why your lifestyle - not trends - will lead every home decor and design decision we make together.
You want a home design that feels like you - stylish, thoughtful, and built for the way your family lives.
But between the chaos of daily life and the mental load of yet another project, even knowing where to start feels like a full-time job.
Hiring someone for home design sounds nice… until you wonder, ‘Will they get us?’
And more importantly, ‘Will this even work for how we live?’
You're craving clarity. A place to share all your ideas and have someone sort, sift, and shape them into a design plan that’s equal parts beautiful and functional - with zero overwhelm.
That's where I come in.
I’m Angela—
Home design strategist. Lifestyle sleuth. Colour expert.
Based in Toronto, serving homeowners who are through with winging it and ready to do things differently.
True story:
I spent years optimizing systems as a Professional Engineer before trading spreadsheets for floorplans and earning my Diploma in Interior Design.
Now, I help time-strapped homeowners dig deep into how they live - so we can craft strategic, beautiful, whole-home design plans that work for real family life.
Through my collaborative, lifestyle-first process, I guide you toward a space that looks like you, functions with ease, and feels like home in the truest sense.
"Angela took the time to truly understand my vision for the updated spaces - and demonstrated that understanding through thoughtful, well-crafted designs"
— Neelam, Home Decor and Design Planning for a basement family roomA Few Things About Me…
My home office breaks the rules - on purpose. Three desks, one room: work, homework, and crafting coexist in beautifully organized chaos. It’s not Pinterest-perfect, but it works perfectly for us.
My favorite décor? A set of Korean pottery vases. We picked them up on the trip to meet our son for the first time. Nothing in a catalog beats that memory.
I was an engineer before I got into home design. Flowcharts, systems, spatial planning - I still use all of it. Just with prettier outcomes.
Design tip I swear by: Lighting can make or break the room. Have lots of options besides harsh overhead lights (table lamps, floor lamps, wall sconces, etc.)
My go-to coffee order? A classic latte - no frills, no fuss. Just like my approach to home design.
I always have at least three books on the go. Right now? Joyful (psychology), 10 Mindful Minutes (parenting), and The Housemaid (thrilling fiction requiring snacks).
