These packages are planning services to help you get clear on your vision before you meet with architects or contractors (and were developed to bridge the gap between hiring a design professional for a full-design and winging it on your own).
Each of these planning services use my Home Blueprint process to capture your vision & develop a design plan for your home or space. They do not include specific selections for furniture or finishes.

Leah Home Design Studio’s signature process: The Home Blueprint. The service starts with a targeted lifestyle review and finishes with a specific and actionable design plan for your home. This focused consultation series will help refine your needs, clarify your goals and map out next steps. You will take away a plan to share with contractors and guide your home projects.

Expert advice to develop a cohesive and practical plan for the spaces that require you to make many decisions on permanent materials as well as functionality. This consultation series includes a lifestyle review & space planning, plus materials and finish guidance.
Note: the final output is a guide for working with a contractor, but not a detailed design or specification.

An expert review of your space offering up to 3 furniture plans for your room(s). We will do a mini-lifestyle review to develop a design brief and a layout for furnished rooms (living room, dining room, bedroom, office, etc.).
This package does not apply to kitchens or bathrooms

If your refresh is focused on painting and need help choosing colours, our session will quickly define the best palette for your room based on your existing furnishings & design elements.
I’ll bring my colour tools including large painted colour boards to your home to allow you to see many of the best Benjamin Moore options for both neutrals and colours.
Engaging with a contractor or architect before you are clear on your vision is too early.

I started Leah Home Design Studio because I kept seeing capable homeowners pour time and money into scattered design decisions that didn’t solve their real challenges.
They moved too quickly, made disconnected choices, and ended up with spaces that felt disjointed or just… underwhelming.
I know that feeling. I made decisions the same way - rushed, trend-driven, or based on what happened to be on sale. I pieced my home together project by project, and the result was… fine.
But not functional.
And not “me”.
That changed when I blended my background in engineering and planning with my training in interior design. I stopped chasing inspiration and started designing from the inside out - beginning with how I lived.
